+Since each letter is different, I have published the letter I sent to
+the department that I took the job in UW Department of Communication.
+Because my new department did not request research and teaching
+statements, the cover letter I wrote includes material taken from these
+documents. For departments that requested these other materials, I
+limited myself to a two-page cover letter. In both cases, the structure
+of the letter was similar.
